Please check your packages, This is a strict policy. Picture proof must be provided for broken or damaged pieces, along with your name and Invoice number.. A store credit or replacement will be provided upon request. You have 24 hours after a package is there (I check the time of delivery) to let me know if something is broken etc. Any return requests after the 24 hour mark will be declined. Items must be in the original packaging and you have not worn it.
Po boxes have 72 hours only because not everyone check daily.
Your sent a tracking number to your email so you can see when it coming.
If there is a national disaster and your unable to communicate (Hurricanes, Tornados, Earthquakes, Fires). Times will be adjusted.
